Systems Save Property Owners Money!
We offer a number of financing options that don't require a major investment of capital up front, including long-term lease agreements and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), which allow you to purchase electricity from a third-party investor who pays to install a system at your site..
We have in depth knowledge of Tax Credits, Rebates and Depreciation. Our Payback Analysis Calculator shows your forecasted return on investment (ROI) and long term savings. Some Commercial returns are as little as 2-5 years.
Take advantage of huge rebates from both local and state and federal governments. You must act fast as rebates are on a declining schedule as more solar systems are installed throughout the country.

BUILDING TYPES
MacGreine provides services for Commercial, Residential, and Agricultural buildings.
Skyrocketing gas bills can be an unnecessary expense for your company as well. Solar hot water is virtually free with current incentives from utility companies and government programs, such as the offer from the California Solar Initiative allow hundreds of thousands of dollars in incentives for commercial jobs. Heating your pool also has an uncapped dollar amount currently available with the Initiative offers, so heating your commercial pool year round is next to free. If you heat water anywhere on your property, now is the time to take advantage of these California Solar Initiative offer for a virtually free hot water system. Ask for a free evaluation and quote from our experienced professionals today.
The utility companies are notorious for their fluctuating and unreliable electricity prices. With solar panels and simple math, we can calculate how much electricity your home will generate, and at what price, for the next 20 years, in order to formulate a plan most suitable for you!
The USDA even offers grants and loand to help enhance the "green" footprint of your already green space.
PRODUCTS
Mac Greine provides products for Commercial, Residential, and Agricultural buildings.
These include solar panels, solar inverters, solar hot water systems, and others.
Cost Effective: Conventional fuel resources such as gas, coal and oil are destined to increase in cost, and eventually run out. It’s an expense all businesses must pay for. By reducing your fuel consumption through the installation of a solar hot water system, energy costs are lowered thus reducing your bottom line. Contrary to public perception, a solar hot water system is quite affordable often proving to be one of the least expensive renewable energy sources a business can invest in regardless of the business size.
The Environment: The demand to fuel our industries has put a tremendous strain on the Earth's resources. As the world's population grows, so does our need for natural resources.
Coal, propane, natural gas, and fossil fuel supplies are dwindling, and alternative energy sources are needed. We have options. Renewable energy means the supply will never run out, and solar thermal energy is the most abundant natural resource available today. The more we adopt this form of energy, the sooner we can restore environmental balance.
A Reliable Solution: Solar hot water has proven that it's efficient and reliable. Today, solar hot water technologies have evolved into systems that perform extremely well in all climates. The U.S. Department of Energy estimates that over 1 million solar hot water systems have been installed throughout the United States alone.
Investing in a solar hot water system is very low risk. In particular, when you install a Heliodyne system, there is absolutely no risk. Our track record proves it.
Solar Heating Applications: Solar hot water systems have been proven reliable in all types of businesses used throughout various industries. Today there are thousands of solar thermal systems installed in commercial and industrial buildings throughout the U.S. Since a solar hot water system is scalable, it can be easily customized and adapted for a number of applications.
Residental - Housing Development Communities, Apartment Complexes
Hospitality - Restaurants, Hotels, Pools, Gyms, Laundromats
HELIO-PAK: Closed loop heat-transfer appliance
The Helio-Pak (HPAK) is an all-in-one heat-transfer assembly, specifically designed to simplify solar hot water systems and provide maximum heat transfer that is sixteen times faster than other heat transfer appliance on the market. The HPAK comes factory assembled and wired with all necessary components, making installation a trouble-free experience. Because the HPAK utilizes an external heat exchanger, it can often be adapted to the pre-existing hot water tank, reducing costs.
Standard Features:
Augmented heat exchanger surface promotes maximum heat generation
Superior heat transfer via unique counter-flow design
No new tank needed – mounts to existing tank
Simple plug & play installation
Viewable heat exchanger leak detection
Several sizes available for differing loads
HELIO-PAK PRO: Closed loop heat-transfer appliance
The Helio-Pak Pro (with pre-installed Delta-T Pro controller and Wi-Fi capabilities) further enhances the residential solar hot water system, with the addition of user-friendly customizable settings, remote navigation, and expanded system performance data.
Standard Features:
Remote Wi-Fi system navigation
BTU metering
Stored energy data (BTU, °F, GPM)
Adjustable user settings
Vacation mode
HELIO-PASS: Closed loop heat transfer appliance
Helio-Pass (HPAS) heat-transfer appliance is designed for use with coil-in-tank water heating systems. It serves as a closed loop system by circulating solar fluid from the collectors through a tank-integrated coil. Heat from the solar fluid inside the coil is transferred to the domestic water supply.
Standard Features:
Sleek modern design
Comes standard with Pro Lite controller
“Plug & Play” installation
Compact assembly
Works with all major coil-in-tank heat exchange brands
HELIO-FLO: Open loop heat-transfer appliance
The Helio-Flo is a heat-transfer appliance designed specifically for open loop active systems, with easy installation in mind, and heats sixteen times faster than any other heat transfer appliances on the market. It comes assembled with pump, Delta-T controller, two sensors, and two temperature gauges, for easy integration into any open loop solar hot water system.
Hot Water Module
The hot water module guarantees you a constant supply of fresh hot water by means of a temperature regulation system, which avoids any delays or temperature fluctuations.
Standard Features:
Supplies single- or multiple-family households
100% protection against lime scale build-up
Minimal standby loss
Special heat exchanger for low buffer temperatures
Easily mounts to a Heliodyne hot water tank
HCOM
The Heliodyne Commercial Solar Station (HCOM) is a plug & play, closed loop, heat-transfer system. Available in 4 different sizes, each system is designed to handle a specified maximum number of GOBI flat plate collectors. System features include Pressure Stagnation Protection (PSP), a unique Heliodyne feature that helps maintain glycol integrity, variable speed pumps for reduced maintenance and better performance, and internet connectivity for remote system monitoring. For very large installations, HCOM systems can be combined in parallel.
Standard Features:
Factory assembled plug & play configuration
Pressure Stagnation Protection (PSP)
Variable speed pumps
Delta-T controller with WiFi or Ethernet connectivity
5.6” color LCD touchscreen control (optional)
Building automation system (BAS) tie-in
Small footprint
Storage Tanks
Heliodyne tanks have been specifically designed for use with SHW systems. Design features such as built-in sensor ports and solar in/out connections minimize installation time and optimize performance, compared to using traditional off-the-shelf water heaters.
Standard Features:
4.5 kW top electric element for auxiliary heating (certain models only)
Cobalt enriched lining for long life
Twin magnesium anode rods
Pre-installed ports for interconnecting multiple tanks (certain models only)
Factory installed brass drain valve
2 non-CFC foam insulation (R-16)
Steel external jacket
Built-in sensor ports for top & bottom temp. sensors
Separate connections for solar heating
POWER DIRECT-VENT GAS HEATER
he Power Direct-Vent Gas Heater by Bock compliments any solar hot water system. When there is insufficient solar energy to be collected, a backup gas burner is activated to provide auxiliary heating.
Standard Features:
Venting system - Designed for all installations
Glass lined tank - Protects tank from the corrosive effects of hot water
Electronic ignition - Eliminates constant burning pilot
Can be vented horizontally or vertically
Automatically controlled via the Heliodyne Delta-T
Brass drain valve
Factory-installed T&P relief valve
